This corner 3-story apartment building and storefront in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, originally built in 1938, was recently renovated in 2009. Ben Rosenblum Studio was the designer as well as part of the development team. The entire interiors of a 2-bedroom and a 3-bedroom apartment, as well as the stairwell, were redesigned, including the fixtures, floors, and kitchens. We retained original details while introducing a clean, modern aesthetic. Campbell Cheese & Grocery, a family run shop focusing on locally sourced goods, occupies the storefront.
